Rope Crochet Lamp with Pompons – Terracota Vibes

The lamps “Rope” are handmade and combine a traditional Portuguese technique (crochet) with a traditional material (sisal).Sisal is a natural fiber and is widely used for packaging, farm work, and even in the Portuguese fishing industry.

Pompoms with random colored wool scraps were used to decorate this lamp. In Portuguese traditional culture, pompoms were used to embellish the herd (mostly in the north of the country) and to adorn traditional costumes.

The shade is supplied with textile cable (83,5cm), lamp holder and ceiling rose.

The kit does not include a light bulb. Use energy-saving light bulbs - LED. Fits an E27 lamp holder.
