To place an order online, simply explore our Sloow Brands or available items and choose your favourites.
After adding to cart, you can confirm all items in the order and proceed to Checkout:

Tip: The shipping cost will appear at the final checkout step. At this stage, you can enter all the order data and then select the payment method or choose Express Checkout.

- Confirm all your order details mainly the phone number

- If you have a discount code you can enter it in the Discount Code field.

- Here you can also check the Shipping Options, between Pick Up Point, Local Pick Up (only available for some brands) and Ship to Address

- After confirming the data and shipping fees, you can then proceed with the selection of the payment method available.

Yes. Vouchers, discount coupons or promotional codes can be used to purchase products sold in www.sloow.market, only at sloow brands that adhere to the option.

We have the following payment methods available:
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Samsung Pay: You must fill in all the requested data. In case the payment platform informs about non-acceptance of payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- Multibanco: By selecting this payment method, you will have 24 hours, after order confirmation, to proceed with your payment.
- MBWay: When selecting this method, payment must be made at the time of purchase.
- Paypal: By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page.

We are a really small team and work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible but please bear in mind we are not a fast paced business - and we're very proud of that!
We preach the slow living ways and do not pretend to change it.

Sloow.market is a marketplace which operates with multiple brands and vendors, and the products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Usually it takes us between 2-3 working days to process your order after payment confirmation.
But since we work mainly with on demand or small stock businesses, it might take longer to be ready for shipment.

After making a beautiful package with your products and sending them through our shipping partners, you'll receive your order between 1-2 working days (in Portugal) and 5-10 working days (rest of the world).

The sloow.market HQ is located in Torres Vedras, Portugal.
However, since we are a marketplace with multiple vendors, the products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer as it is more sustainable for them to send your package directly to you, instead of sending it to us first.

Because of this, depending on what items you’re getting, there is a chance your order may arrive in two or more boxes, and on separate dates.

Because of the same reason, when choosing your goodies from several different partners, the shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

We work mainly with BATCH, CTT - Correios de Portugal and DPD Pickup Points.

Yes. A tracking number will be provided.

By the EU law we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
However, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases or goods made to order or clearly personalised.
