WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

WASH AT MAX TEMPERATURE 40ºC
Wash in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and choose a reduced spin program, suitable for delicate fabrics.

DO NOT USE BLEACH
Do not use chlorine or oxygen based products to remove stains or wash the item.

IRON AT MEDIUM TEMPERATURE
Iron the garment with an iron at a medium temperature (maximum up to 150ºC), suitable for delicate fabrics.

DO NOT USE A DRYER MACHINE
Do not dry the garment in the dryer.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN
Do not dry clean the piece.

Shipping

We are a really small team and work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible but please bear in mind we are not a fast paced business - and we're very proud of that! We preach the slow living ways and do not pretend to change it.

We work mainly with BATCH and DPD, but please bear in mind that our products are handmade and we work really hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but delays can happen.

Returns Policy

By the EU law we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases or goods made to order or clearly personalised.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sloow.market. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All the shipment costs associated with the return are covered by the client with the exception for defective products.
